Managing Director: Mr Gulam Seedat brings to TML over 35 years' experience in the freight forwarding business. Prior to setting up his own company in the mid-1980s, he was a shipping manager at Manica, where he worked for 15 years. He brings to TML an in-depth knowledge of the industry as well as a commitment to personalized service not possible at larger firms. At TML he concentrates on marketing operations. Clients know they can reach him 24 hours a day if they have any questions about their shipment.
Operations Director: Mr Junaid Seedat trained as an accountant before joining the family business. He offers an online tracking service to clients, with daily updates on the movement of each shipment. He also manages an online quoting system for clients and prospective clients. Once an order is received at TML, he arranges the packing, the documentation, the shipment status reports, and delivery after customs clearing is effected - in short, the full operations side.
